Introduction

This is my grandmothers recipe. No holiday would be complete without it. This is my grandmothers recipe. No holiday would be complete without it.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 lb. of fresh carrots sliced
    1/2 cup of brown sugar
    1 Tblsp. of Potato Starch
    2 Tblsp. of water
    1/4 cup of melted butter

Directions

Cook carrots until half done.
Mix the rest of the ingrediants in a seperate bowl.
Place mixture in a skillet on med. heat.
Add carrots and continue to cook until sauce thickens.


6 servings @ approximately 3.5 oz. each
