Ingredients

    1/2 pack wonton wrappers
    1 crown broccoli
    1 egg
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut broccoli crown into pieces and steam for 10 minutes.

While broccoli is steaming, in a medium bowl, scramble the egg and mix in the cheddar, salt and pepper.

After 10 minutes in the steamer (or when it is tender), remove the broccoli to a cutting board and chop into small pieces. Combine broccoli into cheddar mixture.

Separate wrappers and place a spoonful of the broccoli mixture into the center of each. (This should make 32-36.) Wet the edges of the wrappers with a wet finger and fold over into triangles.

Heat oil in a medium-high skillet. Pan fry potstickers on both sides. (They cook quick, so keep a close eye on them.) Remove from oil and drain.
