Ingredients

    2- 12.5 oz. cans of chicken in water
    1/2 c. light mayo (duke's)
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    dash of pepper to taste
    dash of sesame seeds for crunch
    (opt. add chopped white, seedless grapes; celery; onions; chopped apples for additional nutrition, crunch, and taste! I really love the grapes! - Not included in nutrient count)

Directions

Shred chicken (I use my hands). Mix all ingredients. Spread on favorite bread or crackers.
