    1/2 TSPN CHILLI POWDER
    PINCH OF NUTMEG
    2 TBLS GRATED PARMESAN
    12 OZ. OF THAWED FROZEN SPINACH, SQUEEZED DRY
    1.5 OZ FRESH BREADCRUMBS
    SEASONINGS AND OLIVE OIL FOR FRYING

Directions

BEAT TOGETHER THE EGG, CHILLI, NUTMEG, PARMESAN AND SEASONING. MIX WITH THE SPINACH AND BREADCRUMBS, AND SHAPE INTO 4 ROUND PATTIES.
HEAT A LITTLE OIL IN A FRYING PAN AND COOK THE FRITTERS FOR 3-4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL CRISP AND GOLDEN.
