Ingredients

    3 cups of shredded chicken
    .5 cups of grapes cut in half
    1 cup of celery
    .5 cups of toasted sliced almonds
    1 t of dried parsley
    1 t salt
    1 t lemon juice
    1 cup of light mayo
    .5 cup of lite cool whip

Directions

Toast almonds in oven for a few minutes until lightly brown.

Mix chicken, grapes, parsley, almonds, and celery together.

In a seperate bowl, mix salt, lemon, may, cool whip. Add dressing to chicken mixture and let chill before serving.
