Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups greek non-fat yogurt
    5+ Fresh Dill, Springs
    1-2 Garlic, minced
    2 TBS Lemon Juice
    Salt optional

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Toss into salad.
One of my favorite salad combinations
Fresh Sunflower
Fresh Spinach
Fresh Boston Lettuce or any lettuce
Measurements are your choice.
Mix in yogurt dill dressing to your consistency. Add chopped tomatoes on top and sprinkle on raw/unsalted sunflower seeds.

    Very Good
    I used 2 Tbsp dried dill instead of fresh dill & used this as a veggie dip. Next time I’ll probably cut the lemon juice in half as it’s a bit runny as a dip, but perfect as is for a dressing. Thanks for sharing! - 2/3/18
