Flounder (fish), 1 fillet
Imitation Crab Meat (3 pc. = 1 serving), 1 serving
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
1 Egg
Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
White Wine, 1 fl oz
*Bread Crumbs Panko, 0.5 cup
*worchester sauce, 2 tsp (
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Season Fish with, lemon pepper seasoning and set to the side.
Combine crameat, celery, onions, peppers, all other seasonings, worchester sauce, egg and breadcrumbs and stir all together.
Add stuffing mix to the center of the fish and roll up...add large toothpick to hold. Brush outside with butter and add lemon seasoning to outside. Melt butter and add wine. Place this in a dish to bake in on a setting of 350 degrees for 10 min, then put on 400 for other 10 min. This is very good... and filling.
