Introduction

This is the first time I have made this recipe, so I am going to figure out how many calories are actually in it. This is the first time I have made this recipe, so I am going to figure out how many calories are actually in it.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed banana
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup nuts
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Cream butter. Add sugar and continue to beat. Beat in eggs. Then add banana, vanilla and sour cream. Sift flour baking soda and powder and salt together and add to wet ingredients. Mix the last three ingredients and place in the bottom of 2 greased bread tins.
