    Reduced Fat Sour Cream .25 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (or to taste)
    Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp (or to taste)

Directions

Chop cabbage, and mix in sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Done!
