Ingredients

1 medium Zucchini
1 medium Summer Squash
3 TBLS Olive Oil
3 TBLS Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
1. Wash Zucchini and or Squash
2. Cut into bite size pieces and put in large bowl
3. Measure and mix together the Olive Oil,Balsamic
Vinegar and seasons in a small bowl.
4. Drizzle the vegetables with the mixture
5. Let set for 10 - 15 minutes
6. Place on grill in a single layer
7. Cook 20 minutes, turning over after 10 minutes or to
desired tenderness on medium heat
