    2 boneless skinless pork chops
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place porkchops in caserole dish. Drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
4. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  • I will be making this one again. It was quick and easy (always a plus in my book!) and I walked the duration that it was in the oven. Came home to have a house that smelled like I had been cooking all day. Served with sugar free applesauce and broccoli-The whole family loved it! - 7/30/10
