Introduction

Tastes like a light fluffy biscuit. Wonderful with any dinner or even for breakfast with jam. So easy! Tastes like a light fluffy biscuit. Wonderful with any dinner or even for breakfast with jam. So easy!

Ingredients

    1/4 cup flax seed meal
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise with olive oil

Tips

May want to double the recipe to have extra for breakfast.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease or put paper cups in a muffin tin. Mix ingredients in a bowl and spoon into muffin tin. Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and browned. Makes 5 rolls.
