Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tilapia fillet (roughly 4oz)

Directions

1) Combine flour and salt
2) Press tilapia fillet into flour. Shake off excess
3) Heat butter and olive oil in pan
4) Fry fillet until it flakes easily
