    1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, cut tomatoes in half
    1 1/2 cups cilantro, chopped
    1 ripe avocado, cubed
    1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Directions

1) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, adding rice vinegar last. Serve hot or cold.
