Ingredients

    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1/3 cup water
    1/4 cup pumpkin
    1 Tbsp ground flaxmeal
    6 packets stevia (Truvia) (1/4c. sugar equivalent)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp cloves
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and pour into a small baking dish (about 2 cups). Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
