    1 scoop Protien Powder (about 100 calories per serving)
    1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
    1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
    1/4 cup Orange Juice (calcuim fortified)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender with 1/4 cup of water. Blend until smooth. Makes one serving.
