Ingredients

    16 oz can 99% fat free chicken broth
    1 tbsp shallots or green onions
    tbsp corn starch
    1 egg

Directions

add corn starch to chicken broth. heat broth to a boil. add shallots. mix egg as if to scramble, drop egg into broth slowly. add cook for a few more minutes making sure all egg is cooked.
