Ingredients

    Crust:
    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Margarine, soft, .33 cup
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

    Fresh fruit - sprinkled on crust:
    Blueberries, fresh, 3 cup

    Filling/topping:
    Astro, Fat Free, Plain Yogourt, 2 cup
    Flour, white, 2 Tbsp
    Egg Yolk, 2 large
    Granulated Sugar, .66 cup
    Lemon grated rind, 2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (optional)

    Mix crust ingredients, cut with pastry blender. Press into 10" springform pan.
    sprinkle with blueberries (or other fresh, firm, drained fruit)

    Topping
    Mix all ingredients and pour over top of blueberries and crust

    Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
