Ingredients

    12 small or medium Compari vine tomatoes (or Roma)
    1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
    2.25 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
    1/4 c. fresh spinach, finely chopped
    1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2-3/4 c. Paul Newman's Light Balsamic Vinagrette
    Salt and pepper to taste, if desired
    Crushed or chopped basil

Directions

Arrange tomato slices on a platter. Add onion, black olives, spinach, and feta cheese. Dress with balsamic vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with basil.
