Ingredients

    3 potatoes, chopped
    1 cauliflower, chopped
    1 1/2 cups green peas
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    3/4 tsp turmeric
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp curry
    1 cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients and cook on low 5-6 hours.

Makes 4 meal sized servings (shown) or 6 side dish servings (220 calories each).
