Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 med zucchinis grated
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c non fat sour cream
    1/2 c skim milk
    1/2 chopped mushrooms fresh
    1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
    dill, minced onion, dash pepper

Directions

mix all ingredients in bowl...sprinkle with reduced fat parm cheese
bake on 400f for 50 mins
