Introduction

This is a yummy, most dish. There are very rarely any leftovers when I make it! This is a yummy, most dish. There are very rarely any leftovers when I make it!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can beef broth
    1 can beef consomme
    4 pork chops
    2 cups rice

Directions

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Place pork chops in skillet & turn often. Cook just until outside is white. Empty 1 can of beef broth & 1 can of beef consomme. Add 2 cups rice. Place in oven (I usually bake mine on 350-375). Cook until rice is done & pork chops are no longer pink in center.

Some people eat this with green beans or any other veggie but I prefer to just eat the casserole!

    Good
This is tasty, but takes WAY LONGER than 30 minutes to cook. I cooked it for an hour before the rice and pork chops were done. - 2/11/14
