Introduction

This can also be made as a meatloaf; it's good either way. This can also be made as a meatloaf; it's good either way.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

1.3 to 1.5 pounds of ground turkey; 1 egg; 2 ounces of sundried tomatoes; 2.5 ounces reduced fat feta cheese; any spices you like (I use salt, pepper, garlic, oregano)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl in any order. Shape into five hamburger patties or into one loaf. Grill for about 12 minutes or broil until center is no longer pink.

If you make burgers, you can eat them with no bun for next to no carbs or to keep it low-fat, you can dice up the burger and stuff it into a whole wheat pita with spinach, and it's excellent.
