Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 2 lb (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 can (remove)
    *Birds Eye Pepper Stir-Fry, 4 cup (remove)

Directions

Cut beef into 3 inch x 1 inch strips. brown in skillet. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add soy sauce, onion, sugar, pepper, and salt. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender. Add tomatoes and pepper stir fry. Cook on low for 1 hour longer. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 8 1-cup servings
