Ingredients

1 stalk broccoli, sliced
sliced mushrooms
sliced red onions
1 clove garlic, sliced thin
1 carrot, grated
1-tsp bbq sauce
1 oz 1% cheddar cheese
1tsp olive oil
2 tbs cooked rice, brown or white
1 large low carb whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Saute all vegetables until crisp-soft
add bbq sauce and cooked rice to pan and stir.
Roll up in tortilla with added cheese.
Keep napkins handy-this is messy!
Good hot or cold.
