Ingredients

8 oz Baby Salad Shrimp, precooked, 8 oz
1 Large Tomato, diced
1 cup Cucumber English, diced
1/4 cup Red Onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp Green Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
Juice from 1 Lime
16 oz (2 pkgs) Angel Hair Shirataki Noodles
spice to taste such as:
onion powder
garlic powder
blackening seasoning
Directions
Makes 2 large servings, divide in 1/2.
Easy to make. Use pre-cooked and rinsed baby shrimp. Dice your veggies, squeeze the lime, add the spices to taste.
Rinse the Shirataki noodles very well under hot water, then cut into easy to eat bite sized pieces and stir into the rest of the salad.
Chill for about 20 mins so flavors can blend to make a nice refreshing salad :)
