1 teaspoon Chipotle Chile Powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 pound Ground Turkey
Cooking Spray
4 Sara Lee Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
Tequila-Spiked Salsa:
2 Cups Chopped Seeded Tomato
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/3 Cup Chopped Peeled Avocado
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
2 Teaspoons tequila
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
Directions
Salsa:
Compine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently
Yeild: 3 cups (serving size: 1/3 cup)
Prepare grill
Combine chile powder, salt, and ground turkey in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts (4oz), shaping each protion into a 1/2-inch thick patty.
Place patties on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until done. Place buns, cut sides down, on grill rack; grill 1minute or until toasted.
Place 1 patty on bottom half of each bun; top each serving with 1/3 cup Tequila-Spiked Salsa and top each the top half of the bun.
