Ingredients

    Italian Turkey Sausage 6 links (cut into slices)
    2 large green peppers (about 2 cups sliced)
    2 cups of penne pasta (uncooked)
    1 26 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
    Paremsan cheese to taste (about 1 tbs per serving)

Directions

Makes 6 servigs 1.5 cups each

Preheat oven to 375. Place Turkey sausage and peppers ina single layer in 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked through and peppers are tender. Meanwhile cook pasta as directed on package.

Drain pasta. Add to baking dish along with the spaghetti sauce; mix well. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with the cheese
