Introduction

This is something I came up with borrowing from the Low carb pancakes recipe. This is something I came up with borrowing from the Low carb pancakes recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    I cup of Almond flour
    3 egg whites
    1/4 cup of 2% milk
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 packets of equal or to taste
    1 tsp Cinnamon


Directions

Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.

    Disgusting. Not enough liquid to make a batter. It is nothing but gross, grey, sand. Nothing resembling a muffin for sure. I finally added melted butter and probably 6 cups of water trying to add some moisture. I'm on a tight budget, and this was a $15.00 mistake. - 12/12/15
