Ingredients

4 Idaho potatoes cut into wedges for grilling
    2 Tbs canola oil
    1 tsp Lousiana Cajun Seasoning

Directions

Wash and slice potatoes into wedges, leave them kind of large so they don't fall through the grill. Put them into a zip lock bag with the oil and seasoning, toss and massage to coat. Let sit while the grill heats to med-high. Lay out in a single layer on the top shelf until grill marks appear and the potato is 1/2 cooked. Then flip and repeat, total cooking time not more than 30 mins.
