    4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    Juice of 2 large lemons
    1/4 tsp celery seed
    1/4 cup EVOO
    1 Tbs Coarse grind black pepper
    1 tsp Garlic Salt


Preheat oven to 350*
Thaw chicken
Put all ingredients in gallon zip top bag, close and shake to mix.
Let marinate for 30 mins to allow flavors to marry and penetrate chicken
Place marinated chicken in 3 qt. glass baking dish, pour 1/2 of remaining liquid from bag into pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked to safe temperature.
