Mix all ingrediants except last three. Put into greased cupcake pan then mix last three ingrediants and spoon over top.     *Kraft 2% Shredded Mild Chedder Cheese - 1 cup
    kretschmer wheat germ, 1/2 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp

    heinz ketchup, 2/3 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packed
    French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 1.5 tsp

    this was fantastic, I used Lipton onion soup mix in meat and added ground Fiber one yum yum - 8/18/10

    I hate to be picky but can the directions to make it be added to the "Directions" part...when i try to print it, I only get the list of ingredients and no directions. Great recipe though. I love the portion control and adding the wheat germ- great idea. I used regular non-fat milk too and we loved i - 8/30/10

    This was good. I did not have wheat germ so I added some dried breadcrumbs and just used regular non-fat milk. Super yummy! - 8/26/10

    Very Good
    Good all around family meal. The calories add up by the time you add veggies, salad, or whatever. Even my picky eaters liked this one. It was very easy! - 9/22/10
