Introduction

Ingredients

    2 bags Wide Egg Noodles (12 cups dry noodles total)
    2 jars turkey gravy (5 cups)
    1 can (10.5oz) cream of celery soup
    1 can (10.5oz) cream of chicken soup
    1 bag frozen corn (approx 3 cups)
    3 cups diced leftover turkey (white and dark meat)
    (bread crumbs for topping = optional-although not figured into calorie count)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375-degrees Farenheit.

Boil Egg Noodles until done according to package directions. Drain and add the turkey gravy, cream of celery soup and cream of chicken soup. Mix and stir in the bag of frozen corn and diced turkey.

Put mixture into a baking dish (Top with bread crumbs if desired). Cover and put into oven at 375-degrees Farenheit for approx 20 mins.

This makes approx 20 -1cup - servings.

(This is great for a large family, a potluck, for multiple meals or just to be certain to have left-overs for lunches, etc.)
