Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 pkg (6-serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1-1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup Starter (see Starter recipe)
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Whisk together in a medium bowl the flour, pudding mix, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda; set aside.
In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients except topping, mixing well. Stir in the flour mixture, mixing only until just combined; do not over mix.
Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon. Dust the greased loaf pans with half of this mixture.
Pout the batter evenly into the pans. Sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
