Ingredients

Kalamata Olives (1/2 cup)
Roasted Garlic (3 cloves or more if you like garlic)
Fresh Basil (FRESH!!!!!) about 1/2 cup
One Ripe tomato
Olive Oil (1 tsp)
Reduced fat Mozarella cheese
Grilled chicken breast (about 1/2 breast per pita)
Whole wheat pita breas (Sahara with Flax is the best)
Directions
Makes 16 pita pizza triangles
1. Preheat Grill
2. Combine olives, garlic, tomato, basil and olive oil in a food processor until it forms a paste.
3. Lightly spread paste over 4 wheat pitas.
4. Top with slices of grilled chicken (less is more, the pita will get weighed down too much with a lot of chicken) and lightly sprinkle with mozarella cheese.
5. Place pitas on top of a hot grill immediately turning the flame to low after putting them on.
6. Cook until cheese is slightly melted and serve in quarters as an appetizer or whole for yourself.
