Introduction

Took a recipe that was shared with me and lightened it up a little - next time would replace the stick of butter with a margarine to help cut calories as well! Ingredients

    6 lg peaches, sliced and peeled (drop in boiling water for 30 sec, skin falls right off)
    ¾ c Splenda
    2 Tbsp corn starch
    1 c water
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp vanilla

    Topping:
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c flour
    ¾ c oats
    1/2 c Splenda
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Put prepped peaches into a 8x11 baking dish.

Mix sugar, water, cornstarch, salt. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, while stirring, 3 min. Add vanilla, pour over peaches.

Mix melted butter with flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Crumble over fruit.

Bake uncovered 45 min at 350 degrees.
