Ingredients

    1 16oz Bag of Great Value Frozen Broccoli & Cauliflower
    116oz Bag of Great Value Frozen Broccoli Cuts
    1 16oz Package of Honeysuckle Ground Turkey 93/7
    2 tsp Maggi Chicken Flavor Bouillon
    1 packet Sazon Goya (Coriander & Annatto)
    1 medium Onion
    Mahatma Brown Rice (1 cup cooked yield 3.5 cups)
    3 large eggs
    2 cups Kraft Mozzarella Cheese (could use 2% or Fat Free-adjust calories)
    3/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesean Cheese
    Salt & Pepper to taste.

Directions

Makes 9 Servings (9 x 13 pan)

Cook Rice with 1 packet Sazon Goya and 1 tsp of Maggi Chicken Bouillon
Brown Turkey with chopped onion & 1 tsp of Maggi Chicken Bouillon
Cook Broccoli & Broccoli Cauliflower mix per package instructions

Layer cooked Broccoli & Cauliflower on bottom of Lightly Sprayed pan.
Mix Meat and Rice together and layer over Broccoli & Cauliflower mix
Beat eggs and pour over mixture - evenly
Layer Mozzarell a Cheese over meat/rice mix
Sprinkle Parmesean Cheese on top

Cook in 350* Oven for 35 to 45 minutes based on oven cooking time.

Remove and allow to sit for 10 minutes and serve

    Very Good
    I made this stove top. Browned ground turkey and onions on the stove while cooking rice in microwave. Added Broccoli and Cauliflower and seaonings. Stirred in three beaten eggs, continued to keep over heat, then after the eggs were cooked, I added the cheeses. Probably didn't look as nice, but yummy - 2/1/13
