Introduction
Yummy one minute muffing for either breakfast or as a savory item for hamburger bun. Yummy one minute muffing for either breakfast or as a savory item for hamburger bun.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

2 tblsp Flax seed meal
2 tblesp Carbquick
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
2 packets of Splenda or Sugar free Maple Syrup
1 egg or equal amount of egg beaters
1 tsp butter
Directions
spray a large ceramic coffee mug with pam
add the butter and melt in Microwave just till melted .
Add egg andbeat well
Add dry ingredients and mix well
Microwave for One Minute
May look damp but just take out and run a butter knife around the rim to losen and turn out on to plate.
I slice into 4 even slices.. and use 2 for breakfast along with a egg and whatever else I am making
and 2 slices later in the same day either as part of a snack or as a breadlike along with one of mymeals..
Have made this as a savory item Using a wider ceramic bowl to get more a shape of a hamburger bun. I leave out the sweet and add in either some spices or garlic powder or parm Lots of ways to make and use this item
