Ingredients

    7 ripe tomatoes, blanched
    1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
    4 large baby carrots (put them in the food processor)
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    6 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a large pot and cook to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can change any of the ingredient quantities to suit your taste.
