Ingredients

    Bulgar (cracked) wheat, 1.1 cup (remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 0.3 cup
    Baking Soda, 1.2 tsp
    Allspice, 2.5 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup

Directions

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Place in greased bundt pan and bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Very dense and will fall, but tastes good.
