Ingredients

    4 cups 99% fat free chicken broth
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp soy sauce
    6 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    2 tsp chopped green onion, for garnish

Directions

Bring broth to boil. While stirring broth, pour in eggs. Continue to stir as eggs cook into streamers. Stir in soy sauce and water chestnuts; heat thoroughly. Ladle soup onto bowls and garnish with green onions.
