Introduction

Ingredients

    200g Kala chana (brown chick peas) cooked/canned
    2tbs (Crunchy organic) peanut butter
    100g Chopped tinned tomatoes and juice
    20g Tomato puree (conc.)
    1 Avocado (diced)
    1/4 Cup sundried tomato pesto
    4 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    4 Black olives
    1/2 Tbs ground/dried oregano
    1/2 Tsp garlic powder

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand-held blender until smooth. Add seasoning to taste (not included in nutritional info).
Divide into containers and refrigerate. Serving size approx 50g
