Ingredients

    Butternut Squash, 450 grams (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 200 grams (remove)
    carrefour potato gnocchi, 500 gram(s) (remove)
    Goat Cheese, Soft, 80 grams (remove)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200deg C

Peel and cube the squash- season with salt and pepper
Pour olive oil over squash and chopped garlic and mix with your hands
put in oven proof dish and roast until soft ( about 20-30 mins)
Put gnocchi in boiling water for one minute , and then add the spinach for 30 seconds.
Take squash out of the oven and mix with the drained gnocchi and spinach. Put goats cheese on top and mix well !

This dish is DELICIOUS
In the meantime, Wash 200g spinach
