This is a salad that I love. It has lots of protein and is delicious. Balsamic vinegar is enough of a dressing. You can add other vegetables if you want. This is a salad that I love. Ingredients

    4 cups lettuce (fresh or bagged)
    1 can tuna in water drained and flaked
    1/2 cup chick peas drained
    1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
    1/4 cup red onions sliced and diced
    balsamic vinegar to taste

Directions

add everything to a bowl, toss and serve.
