It is very low in cals and I like to use it for sandwich. You could add anything else you would like.
1.) 2 tbso Kraft's light mayo
2.) 2 tbsp raw onions
3.) 1 strip of chopped pepper bell (any colour)
4.) 1-2 tbsp cooked Kidney Beans
5.) 2-4 tbsp cooked Pinto Beans
6.) 1 tbsp plain yogurt, no fat
7.) 1 can of light tuna in water
Directions
1.) Drain and rinse off the salt in tuna.
2.) Chop yellow bell and onions.
3.) Mash the beans as creamy as possible.
4.) Mix all the ingredients together. Voila!
5.) Chill before serve.
