Ingredients

    4 cups Cooked Chicken (light meat)
    1 medium Celery Stalk, chopped
    1 cup canned Pineapple chunks,drained
    1 cup canned Mandarin Pieces,drained
    3/4 cup (@40 grapes) red or green seedless grapes
    1/4 cup Pecans, chopped (or flaked Almonds)
    3 Tblspn Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 Tblspn Fat Free Mayonnaise
    1 Tblspn Lemon Juice

Directions

Cut cooked chicken into bite sized chunks and place in large bowl. Add celery, pineapple, mandarins, grapes and pecans and toss.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice with a fork. Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and gently toss.

    Incredible!
