Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Parsely, raw 1 Tablespoon, .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup (remove)
    *Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup, 2.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients together and form meatballs. Brown in a lighty greased skillet. Put can of beef broth, mushrooms & onions in skillet and simmer for 30 minutes. Add can of Cream of Celery soup during last 5 to 10 minutes to form gravy.
