Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    100g self raising flour
    50g margarine
    1 egg
    75g cheddar cheese
    pinch salt

Directions

rub the marg flour and the salt in together
mix in the cheese
add the egg to make a stiff dough
roll out and cut into fingers
put into a hot oven (180C) for approx 10mins until brown.

This should make approx 14 fingers but it depends on how you cut them
