Introduction

Just throwing some stuff together for a salad for lunch, I came up with this...really good...and good for you!! Just throwing some stuff together for a salad for lunch, I came up with this...really good...and good for you!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    One 14.5 oz box of Barilla Whole grain Penne
    Two 12 oz cans of tuna packed in water
    1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed and drained
    3 large stalks celery, diced
    1/2 large bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta, and run cold water over pasta, sifting with your hands to cool the pasta down.
Drain tuna, and combine pasta, tuna and veggies in a large bowl. Refrigerate before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
Note: I haven't tried canned chicken, but that may be a tasty alternative if you prefer chicken.
