    Incredible!
    Simple and so delicious! I used fresh okra, sliced and soaked in vinegar for 15 minutes to reduce mucus, and fresh corn, sliced off the cob. This winter I will make it with frozen for a reminder of the fresh vegetables from the summer garden. Thanks for sharing! - 8/15/11
